To enter, follow the directions. For eligibility, entries must be received no later than May 30, 2008 or as otherwise stated in this package. No liability is assumed for printing errors, lost, late or misdirected entries.

Prizewinners will be randomly selected by independent judges, whose decisions are final (no later than June 27, 2008), from all entries received.  No substitution will be made for any prize, except as offered. Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Winners will be notified by mail. Odds are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Estimated odds of winning the Grand, First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Prizes are no greater than 1 in 10 million. All major prizes to be awarded.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: Sweepstakes open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older, except employees, independent contractors, unpaid volunteers of NSAL America, their affiliates, and their families. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes offer void wherever prohibited by law. By acceptance of their prize, winners consent to use of their names, photographs or other likeness for purposes of advertising, trade and promotion on behalf of North Shore Animal League America, its affiliates and subsidiaries, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Prizes to be awarded in the Lucky Bucks II Sweepstakes and their approximate values are as follows: 1 Grand Prize - $25,000; 1 First Prize - $15,000; 1 Second Prize - $5,000; 1 Third Prize - $2,500; 1 Fourth Prize - $1,000; 1 Fifth Prize - $500. Some entrants may be offered different prizes depending on the mailing, but all will be of equivalent value and winners may select from everything offered within a category.  Not all prizes, however, will necessarily be offered in every mailing.
