What do I need in order to adopt?

In order to be approved for adoption, please come prepared with 2 forms of identification, including photo ID and proof of residence; names and contact information for 2 people who can verify your information. If you are renting your current home, please bring your lease stating that pets are permitted in the residence. If your lease does not state that pets are permitted, please bring a notarized letter from your landlord.

What kind of activities/prizes will there be?

There will be food & beverages, games for all ages, amazing animal exhibitions and many chances to win a variety of fabulous prizes including, pet toys & supplies, a 32" Flat Screen TV, a Nintendo Wii and even cash! Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan is scheduled to appear on Saturday, May 2nd, more details to come!!

Will you have any pure breeds?

While we cannot guarantee specific breeds we can assure you there will be a wide variety of dogs & puppies, including small breeds, all in need of loving homes. Keep in mind the more popular breeds do get adopted quickly so it is best to arrive early.

What are your adoption fees?

Our adoption fees vary depending on the age and type of animal being adopted.

• Mixed breed puppies under 6 months of age are $175.00
• Pure breed puppies under 6 months of age are $225.00
• Small Mixed Breed Dogs are $150.00
• Mixed breed dogs over 6 months of age are $75.00
• Pure breed dogs over 6 months of age are $200.00
• Kittens under 6 months of age are $100 – adopt 2 kittens for $150.00
• Adult cats over 6 months of age are $50 – adopt 2 cats for $75.00

The adoption fee includes all vaccinations, de-worming and spaying or neutering.
