Everybody, everybody, everybody, everybody! I’M HOME!!! I’M HOME!!! I know; I can barely believe it myself. But after living at the League for over a year, I finally went to my new forever home. What a way to bring in the New Year! If you don’t believe me, look at the picture of me and MY FAMILY!
Remember in my last blog when I told you that someone was asking about me? Well, he decided to take me home to live with him in 
Queens! I’m a New Yorker now! Wait… I think I was a New Yorker before, too…. Never mind… the point is that I have my very own family now. Boy, are they great too. I have so many toys to play with and my own fluffy bed and a big backyard and a family full of people who wear socks that I can steal and hide in the yard. YEAH!
You know, this is the best way to start a new year – with a whole new beginning. But I want to make one thing clear; I love peanut butter! No wait, no – I meant to say that living at the League was a great experience. I made so many friends and family there, had plenty of love and really appreciate all that everyone did for me. They saved my life – and they never gave up on me. But my very own family – living in an actual home – it’s just too good.
Wanna know something else great? At first, even though I was super excited, I felt a little nervous. Then I started thinking even more and started to become sad to leave my very best friend at the League – Alice. What would I do without her? We’ve been through a lot together, and I love her very much. And just like magic…. I found out that my new home is in the same neighborhood as hers! Can you believe it? She’s even visited me several times already.
Just look, if you don’t believe me! I’ll also be back at the League often for checkups and stuff, so I’ll get to see all my friends again. I’m so happy… I really really am.
