North Shore Animal League America and the New York Mets would like to invite you and man’s best friend to the second annual Dog Day at Shea Stadium. Watch the New York Mets host the Arizona Diamondbacks in the Picnic Area of Shea Stadium on Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at 7:10pm. Picnic area tickets are priced at $26 for humans and $5 for dogs and can be purchased through the New York Mets website. Dog ticket proceeds as well as a portion of the human tickets will be donated to North Shore Animal League America.

 The Late Show with David Letterman is inviting people and their dogs to audition for Stupid Pet Tricks during the Dog Day at Shea event on Tuesday May 30, 2006 in conjunction with Major League Baseball.

The auditions will be held in the picnic area of the stadium.

A Letterman show producer will be on site to coordinate and record all auditions. This footage will then be reviewed by David Letterman and his team following the game.

Hurry! Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
