The Animal League was an Official Charity Partner for the ING New York City Marathon, November 1st, 2009 and our team goal this year was $300,000!

Team Animal League consisted of more than 50 highly motivated runners who wanted to "Do it for the animals!" All proceeds benefited the Animal League's life-saving mission to find happy homes for approximately 20,000 orphaned animals each year.

The Animal League wants to thank Team Animal League for their devotion and support in running the 2009 ING New York City Marathon. And thank you to all who donated. You can still donate to help Team Animal League reach its goal and support the dogs, cats, puppies and kittens of North Shore Animal League America.
